In simple language, Meditation is “stopping mind all-together”. It’s not about sitting quietly and ponder over. True meditation is more than that. It is a state of complete thoughtfulness, yet keeping mind calm and silent.

It is not about concentration, loss of control, exercises, or manual effort…it is attaining a state of peace and tranquility, meaning, relief from stress.

How Meditation Works?

Meditation, if done regularly, is shown to bring many beneficial results. You can do this for 15 minutes twice a day. It is a state of neutralizing the mind without alienating alertness and thoughtfulness.

Meditation is the practice focussing on “present moments” rather than dwelling on the past.
